Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Products must be returned in the same condition that they were dispatched to you and must be unused. They must also include all original packaging.
Any damage or loss to either the product, or its packaging may affect the amount of refund made.
It is imperative you obtain a Free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required if any returned parcels should go astray.
Please beware refunds do not include return postage and packing costs.

Late or Lost Items

If you have not received your item after 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (International) please contact us and we will begin a trace. We will offer you a full refund or will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
